Communicating with patients who are not fluent in English is an essential component of excellent health. Our Professional Interpreters give you the confidence of effective communication. We believe that human interaction and visual contact are more convenient for sensitive or complicated situations. Even though we provide Telephonic Interpretations (OPI), we understand the importance of being physically present to convey the message from both parties. We trained our interpreters to be community sensitive and be the bridge for that barrier of communication. Our clients repeatedly inform us that it is better to have an in-person interpreter than OPI or VRI.
Our Mission
We know the value of communication, and we want you to communicate effectively with your client or patient. The owner of this agency Is a Spanish interpreter herself. Since she knows the challenges an interpreter encounters in work, she takes her time to help and train the interpreters that need some tips and learn from her experience as an Interpreter and translator. With almost 15 years of experience as a Spanish Interpreter in the Nebraska community, Lancaster County, and surrounding areas (Crete, Grand Island, Omaha, Sarpy, York). We provide interpreters for the community in Medical (surgeries, follow-up appointments, mental health), Legal, Education (Private & Public schools), Public Health, Workers Compensations Companies, and Safety programs. Limited-English-Speaking patients or clients do not need to feel the barrier of communication when there is help from our agency. We are HIPAA compliant. We follow the HIPAA guidelines, and all the interpreters sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect patients’ privacy.

Services Offered
On-Site (in person) interpretations and translations. Telephonic Interpretation (OPI), Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), Text, and Telehealth Interpretation. Consecutive interpretation is preferable for most of our clients. Our current languages include Amharic, Arabic (the Middle East & South Sudan), Burmese, Dari, Dinka, Farsi, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Karen, Kurdish (Sorani & Kurmanji), Mandarin, Masara, Nuba, Nuer, Pashto, Persian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Vietnamese. Our team is continuously growing and we are constantly working on adding more languages to our team of interpreters, so if there is a request for a language not listed above, give us a call, there is a possibility that we provide that language.
